Venue Review: The Sultan’s Tent

Share

I’m not one for words since I love to tell a story through a series of images… but I’ll give you a brief description about The Sultan’s Tent. Located in Downtown Toronto, near the St. Lawrence Market, it is truly an experience from the moment you walk through the door!

From floor to ceiling and wall to wall, it’s all Moroccan in all the details! From the tiles that make up the bar (imported) to the floor, a rug hanging on the wall donated by the King of Morroco himself!, this venue will definitely take you out of your comfort zone! It’s experiencing another culture without having to pay for an expensive flight!

If you love experiencing new food and want to tickle your taste buds, The Sultan’s Tent will not disappoint! The portions are fairly large and the price is definitely worth it! The venue is able to hold private functions – like rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette dinner party or even a wedding (up to 200 guests)!

Another hidden gem is Berber Loungelocated downstairs which has live music, a full bar and private seating areas.
